Had a great Easter weekend at a hotel in the Northern part of India. The staff was hospitable and made us feel at home. The location was excellent as it was located near the city center and accessible to many tourist attractions. We were impressed with the convenient parking that saved us a lot of hassle. The comfortable bed made for a great night's sleep.

The customer service was not up to par. The room was not what we had expected, and even though we had reserved a deluxe room for three persons, we were forced to pay extra for the third person's accommodation.
